The Landscape of the Modern Museum: A Conversation

What role does the modern museum play in the landscape and community in which it resides? How does leadership navigate the delicate line between stewardship and evolution? Clark Director Olivier Meslay joins Clark Grounds Manager Matthew Noyes, Chief Apiary Inspector and Apiary Program Coordinator at the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Dr. Kim Skyrm, and local beekeeper Dave Thayer to discuss these questions as they relate to the museum’s mission and fledgling honeybee project, “Clark Buzz.” Visitors have the opportunity to learn more about the Clark’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and ask questions during a one-hour discussion.
